Cubicon Style Plus completely improves the Auto Leveling System (sensor/circuit/device and algorithm) to reduce the output failure due to height errors when printing with less than 10um of error precision, and to provide the best output quality to users.
Enhanced thermal efficiency with specially coated heating bed with insulation
The heating bed of Cubicon Style Plus has a special coating treatment that allows you to start the output immediately without any adhesive or masking tape, as well as it is easily detachable after printing to ensure the best output quality.
Besides, we improved thermal efficiency by applying high-cost insulation material that is the same material as Dual Pro (A30C), which is the top industrial 3D printer model of Cubicon, to the lower part of the heating bed.
Enhance usability with a reliable stainless nozzle kit
Fitted the year 2020 type stainless nozzle kit, which has upgraded patented Cubicon Nozzle Kit, to the Cubicon 3D Printer Model for the first time to increase usability and minimize failure rates.
First in Korea, equipped with self-designed replaceable nozzle kit extruder
Most output problems can be easily maintained by simply replacing the nozzle kit fitted to the Extruder, so it is designed to make it easy for anyone to attach/detach the nozzle kit without extruder disassembly, even if an extruder replacement is required.
As it is self-replaceable without waiting for customer service, it reduces maintenance costs and allows output without time-consuming.
A single extruder allows various filament printing
Cubicon Style Plus allows you to print ABS, PLA, PETG, and TPU filaments, as well as special engineering featured filaments, such as low-shrinkage ABS, high-strength PLA, and PC with a single extruder, giving customers the convenience and a great opportunity to experience a variety of materials.
Prevent output errors by improving the filament automatic supply system
With redesigned filament automatic supply system, it minimizes filament breakage and jamming during unloading and the transparent cover is installed for the user's convenience.
By applying the sophisticated industrial optical filament detection sensor, the output automatically stops when there is a supply problem caused by the exhausting and breaking of the filament, and the output continues when it is re-connected to reduce output time and dramatically save material wastes.
